BT is closely monitoring events surrounding COVID-19. The health and safety of our community and employees is our top priority.

Effective with the start of service on Wednesday, March 25 BT will limit the number of passengers on Blacksburg buses to 9 and smaller vehicles (Explorer, GAR, Warm Hearth Village) to 4 at any time.

BT Access will be limited to 1 passenger (and one personal care attendant, if authorized).

This is just one of the precautions we are taking including additional cleaning of the buses and social distancing within BT facilities. We are working to provide essential public transportation services to those in need, but we need your help! We encourage riders to ride the bus for essential trips only and do not ride if you may be sick. Together we can flatten the curve.
